Website Amara Privacy Notice
The Freedom Blueprint website assistant · Last updated 7 September 2026
This notice applies only to Amara on The Freedom Blueprint public website. The iOS and Android apps have a separate Privacy Policy and their own consent choices for hosted AI coaching.
The Freedom Blueprint, LLC (“The Freedom Blueprint”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller. Turbion.ai builds and maintains Amara for us as our service provider. Questions, privacy requests, deletion requests, or complaints can be sent to support@thefreedomblueprint.io — The Freedom Blueprint, LLC, 300 Elizabeth Trl, Murphy, TX 75094, United States.
1. What is processed
When you choose Send, your message and Amara’s reply are processed, along with a short recent conversation history needed to keep the exchange coherent. Nothing is sent merely because you open the widget or type into the box.
A necessary signed session cookie keeps the conversation attached to the same browser. Pseudonymous, IP-based abuse controls help protect the service. The hosting and AI platforms may also process ordinary network and log metadata, such as IP address, request timing, device or browser details, and service diagnostics.
2. Hosted AI processing and retention
Amara uses hosted OpenAI processing. OpenAI does not use Amara conversations to train its models.
Copies controlled by The Freedom Blueprint and Turbion expire within 24 hours. OpenAI’s retention of content and platform metadata is separate from our 24-hour policy and is governed by OpenAI’s own service settings and policies. We do not claim provider zero retention.
3. Access and boundaries
Amara is not a zero-access service. Authorized people providing technical and support help may access limited conversation or diagnostic information when necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or respond to a request.
Website Amara has no access to private member accounts, app progress, paid materials, or GoHighLevel records. Do not share sensitive information, including passwords, payment-card details, tax identifiers, detailed health information, or anything you would not want processed by a hosted AI service.
4. Requests and choices
You can use the public website without sending Amara a message. To ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or get support, email support@thefreedomblueprint.io or use /app-support. Include enough information for us to locate the conversation without sending sensitive information.
