The fastest way: in the app

If you still have the Freedom Blueprint app installed, you can delete your account yourself in under a minute. It takes effect immediately and you do not need to contact anyone.

4. Confirm. You will be signed out and your account will be gone.

If you have already removed the app

Email support@thefreedomblueprint.io from the address you used to sign up, with “Delete my account” as the subject. Sending it from the account address is how we confirm the request is really yours — if you can no longer access that inbox, write from any address and we will verify you another way.

We confirm by email when it is done. We complete every request within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, including your email address and name.

Your Genius Test results and archetype scores.

Your growth audit answers and scores.

Your lesson progress, generated plans and artifacts, and your Done-For-You readiness score.

Your push notification tokens and your community likes.

Any unclaimed purchase record held against your email address.

Your record in our customer relationship system.

What changes instead of disappearing

Posts and comments you left in the member community stay in place, so the conversations around them still make sense to the people who replied. Your name and photo are stripped from them and replaced with “Former member”, and they can no longer be traced back to you.

If you would rather a specific post was removed entirely, delete it in the app before you close your account, or tell us in your email and we will remove it for you.

What stays on your device

Your lesson notes and individual question-by-question Genius Test answers stay in your phone’s encrypted secure storage and are removed when you remove the app. AI Sam coaching history and derived memory are stored separately for continuity after you explicitly enable hosted coaching; deleting your account removes them from our live systems, and you can delete coaching history sooner from inside the Coach.

Things worth knowing first

Deletion cannot be undone. If you rejoin later you start from an empty account.

Deleting your app account is not the same as cancelling a paid membership. If you are a member and want to end that too, say so in your email or speak to your coach — the membership agreement you signed covers it.

Data is removed from our live systems straight away and rolls out of encrypted backups within 90 days. We may keep a minimal record of the request itself so we can show it was honoured.
