The Freedom Blueprint app and website · Last updated 10 September 2026

This policy explains what The Freedom Blueprint collects through our iOS and Android apps and our website, thefreedomblueprint.io, why, and what you can do about it. Sections 1 to 11 describe the apps; section 12 describes the website and our masterclass registrations.

The Freedom Blueprint, LLC (“The Freedom Blueprint”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller and is responsible for your information. The app is built and maintained for us by Turbion.ai, which acts as our service provider and processes data only on our instructions.

Questions, requests, or complaints: support@thefreedomblueprint.io — The Freedom Blueprint, LLC, 300 Elizabeth Trl, Murphy, TX 75094, United States.

1. Who the app is for

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

2. What we collect

Account details — your email address and name, taken from the sign-in method you choose (a one-time code sent to your email, or Google sign-in).

Assessment results — your Genius Test result and archetype scores, and your answers and scores from the growth audits. These audits ask you to self-report on your finances, credit, business and time, so please treat them as sensitive to you.

Progress — which lessons you have started and completed, plans and artifacts the app generates for you, and your Done-For-You readiness score.

AI coaching — when you explicitly enable AI Sam, we store the messages and replies in your private coaching thread, together with short derived memory summaries that help maintain continuity. AI Sam may use your saved Genius result, assessments and lesson progress to personalize educational guidance.

Community activity — posts, comments and likes you create, and any reports or blocks you submit.

Notifications — if you allow push notifications, a device push token and your platform (iOS or Android).

Purchase records — if you buy access, we record that you bought it, which product, the payment reference from the payment processor, and where the purchase happened (the App Store or our web checkout). This is what unlocks the material for you.

3. Information kept on your phone

Your lesson notes and your individual question-by-question Genius Test answers are written to your device’s encrypted secure storage. They are not uploaded or backed up to our servers. Your calculated Genius result and score spectrum are stored with your account so the app and AI Sam can show and explain your readout.

4. What we do not do

We do not show advertising and do not use advertising identifiers. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

The app contains no third-party analytics or tracking software of any kind.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We never see or store your card, bank or billing details. Access can now be bought inside the app or through our web checkout, but the payment itself is taken by Apple or by Commas on their own systems — all we receive is confirmation of what you bought.

The app does not use your microphone, camera, photo library, contacts, or location.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the app. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Supabase — sign-in, database and file storage. Holds everything listed in section 2.

GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system. It receives only your contact record and milestone tags such as “module-1-complete”. Your assessment answers and scores are not sent to it.

Expo — delivers push notifications. Receives your push token and the text of the notification.

Bunny.net — the content network that streams the course videos. It sees your IP address, your device type and which video was requested. It does not receive your name, email or account identifier.

unpkg — a public content network that serves one open-source animation library used on the home screen. It sees your IP address and device type.

Apple — processes in-app purchases made on iPhone and iPad, under Apple’s own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your payment details.

RevenueCat — manages purchases and works out what your account has access to. It receives your account identifier and your purchase history. It does not receive your name, your email, your assessment answers or your lesson progress.

Commas — processes purchases made through our web checkout, under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address, the product bought and a payment reference so we can unlock your access.

Turbion.ai and the isolated Freedom Blueprint agent service — securely route AI Sam requests and maintain the program knowledge service on behalf of The Freedom Blueprint.

OpenAI — provides hosted AI processing for AI Sam and does not use these conversations to train its models. The message, recent thread context, relevant program material and the signed-in member context needed for the reply are sent for processing. OpenAI’s own retention and service settings are separate from our retention period.

6. The AI Coach

AI Sam is an AI counterpart to Sam, not Sam personally. It provides educational program support and is not medical, financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

AI Sam uses hosted OpenAI processing. Nothing is sent merely because you open the Coach or type into the box. Before the first hosted message, the app shows this processing and asks for your explicit permission. If you decline, AI coaching stays off.

When enabled, AI Sam may receive your message, recent private coaching context, relevant reviewed program material, your saved Genius readout, assessments, lesson progress and a safe current-lesson identifier. The backend derives identity and membership from your signed-in session; the phone cannot substitute another member’s identity or records.

Sam receives operational progress reporting and summaries you deliberately request to hand off. He does not receive general access to private coaching conversations or journals. Authorized Turbion personnel may access limited diagnostic information only when needed to operate, secure or troubleshoot the service.

You can delete your coaching history or withdraw permission inside the Coach. Deleting history removes messages and derived memory controlled by The Freedom Blueprint; withdrawing permission prevents new hosted coaching messages until you enable it again.

7. Why we are allowed to use it

Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you, to deliver the program you signed up for; our legitimate interests, to keep the app secure, support you and improve it; your consent for push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings; and your explicit permission for hosted AI coaching, which you can withdraw inside the Coach.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. AI Sam coaching messages and derived memory controlled by The Freedom Blueprint expire after 180 days unless you delete them sooner. When you delete your account it is removed from our live systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 90 days. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion itself so we can show the request was honoured.

9. Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. It takes effect straight away. If you have already removed the app, use the web form below and we will complete it within 30 days.

thefreedomblueprint.io/delete-account

Deleted: your profile, email and name; your Genius Test results; your audit answers and scores; your lesson progress and generated artifacts; your AI Sam coaching threads, messages and derived memory; your Done-For-You readiness score; your push tokens; your likes; and any unclaimed purchase record held against your email.

Changed rather than removed: posts and comments you left in the community stay, so the conversations around them still make sense — but your name and photo are stripped from them and replaced with “Former member”. If you want a specific post taken down entirely, delete it before you close your account, or ask us.

Your record in our customer relationship system is deleted automatically where we are able to; if that fails we complete it by hand on request.

Your on-device lesson notes and individual question-by-question Genius Test answers are removed when you remove the app. Account deletion separately removes the stored Genius result, coaching history and derived memory from our live systems.

10. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@thefreedomblueprint.io and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. You also have the right to know, delete and correct, described above.

UK and EU residents: you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

11. Security and where data is held

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Our database enforces row-level rules so your records can only be read by your own signed-in account. Data on your device is held in the operating system’s encrypted secure storage. Our systems are hosted in the United States, so if you are outside the US your information is transferred there under standard contractual clauses. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

12. Our website and masterclass registrations

Forms — when you register for a masterclass or start an assessment on thefreedomblueprint.io, you give us your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to. They go to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, so we can send your results, your masterclass details and follow-up emails. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Assessments — when you complete the Genius Blueprint on the website, your answers are sent to our servers to calculate your result and create your report. We store the result and the report with your email address so we can send the report to you.

Text messages — if you add a phone number, we may text you about the masterclass, your results and the program, including offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Giving your number is never required.

How you found us — with a registration we record the website or campaign link that brought you to us, such as the referring site and the campaign tags in the link, so we know which of our channels are working. It is stored with your contact record.

Analytics — the website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you or following you across other sites. It records things such as the page, the referring site, and your browser, device type and country. There is no advertising pixel on the website.

Hosting — Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical information every web request carries, such as your IP address.

Amara — the assistant on the website is covered by its own notice at thefreedomblueprint.io/amara-privacy.

Your details — email support@thefreedomblueprint.io and we will delete your form submissions and contact record. Your rights in section 10 apply to the website too.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and for anything material we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
