Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (if provided) when you fill out an opt-in form, request a resource, book a call, or purchase a product or service.
Quiz and assessment responses: answers you submit to the Freedom Genius Quiz, the Health Assessment, or any other interactive tool on the Site, including self-reported information about your business, goals, habits, health, and mindset.
Communications: messages you send us by email, SMS, contact form, or chat, including any information you choose to include in those messages.
Payment information: if you purchase a product, program, or coaching service, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.

2.3 SMS / Mobile Opt-In Information
If you check the box(es) to consent to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and the specific consent(s) you provided (transactional, promotional, or both), along with a timestamp and the method of consent (e.g., web form submission), so we can demonstrate compliant opt-in records.
No mobile opt-in information or consent is sold or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. See Section 4.3 below for full detail.
How We Use Your Information

2. Send you the email and/or SMS communications you've opted in to receive, including educational content, appointment/booking reminders, program updates, and promotional offers.

We do not use your health-related quiz/assessment answers for any purpose other than delivering your personalized results and related follow-up content from The Freedom Blueprint, and we do not sell that information.

4.1 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including our CRM/marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery provider, SMS/text messaging provider (via Twilio and A2P 10DLC-registered messaging), payment processor, and website/analytics hosting. These providers process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, solely to perform the services we've engaged them for. They are not permitted to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
4.3 SMS / Mobile Opt-In Data — No Third-Party or Affiliate Sharing for Marketing
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent status with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is used solely by The Freedom Blueprint to send you the transactional and/or promotional messages you specifically agreed to receive. This information is shared only with the service providers described in Section 4.1 to the extent strictly necessary to deliver those messages, and never for that provider's or any other party's independent marketing use.
4.4 Business Transfers
If The Freedom Blueprint is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any resulting change in ownership or use of your personal information.
Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to remember your preferences and quiz/assessment progress, understand how visitors use the Site (via analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar), and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and ads.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site, such as saved quiz progress. We do not use cookies to collect information for third-party marketing beyond standard advertising-platform pixels you can opt out of via your browser or ad platform settings.
SMS Messaging Program Details
If you opt in to receive text messages from The Freedom Blueprint:
Who receives messages: individuals who affirmatively check the applicable consent box(es) on our opt-in forms, quiz/assessment result pages, or booking pages, providing their mobile number for that purpose.
Why you receive messages: because you requested a resource, took a quiz/assessment, booked a call, purchased a program, or otherwise asked to hear from us and separately checked a box consenting to SMS.
Types of messages you may receive: Transactional (account updates, appointment/booking confirmations and reminders, order or delivery confirmations, and customer service follow-ups) and Promotional (new content releases, program announcements, special offers, and marketing updates from The Freedom Blueprint).
Consent is never bundled: transactional and promotional SMS consent are collected through separate, unchecked checkboxes. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes (Section 4.3).
Data Retention

Quiz and assessment data is retained to allow you to access your results and to send related follow-up content unless you request deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email; opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; and withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis for processing.
